Amazing aguachile. They are committed to renewable and non-plastic ware to protect the turtles. Definitely recommend. Just some tips: - You can only order caguamas, no small beers - The aguachiles are very spicy, trust me, they indicate it clearly so it's no problem, but if you like spicy, definitely a good one
Another must-go place in Vallarta. Very cozy atmosphere, unique experience and excellent service. We ordered spice level 1 and 2. Level 1 was not spicy at all, so next time I’ll definitely go with 2 or even 3. Also better to order some extra avocado. Overall it was a nice experience. And yes only big size bottles there, which I personally love
We really enjoyed our dinner here after trying 1000 Caguamas in Guadalajara. There was a wait for a table when we arrived, but we are seated promptly, and when a better table in the rooftop was available, they moved us. The aguachiles offered here, along with their house potato chips with aguachiles dipping sauces were delicious. It was a memorable experience that felt unique in a touristy area.
Aguachile is very nice. We manage to see whales from the terrace! Good service and atmosphere. They open at 11 am and have internet so it is a good spot for working too.
This spot is a must in Puerto Vallarta. When we arrived it was full but it only took 5 minutes for a spot to open and the wait was well worth it. We had the avocado salad, prieto aguachile, and the cebiche. Everything was exceptional. Fresh seafood, vibrant flavors, and an awesome atmosphere. I 100% recommend this spot to anyone trying to find a high quality, authentic experience. Also be aware that if you order a beer bottle, they are 1L :)

This is one of those off the beaten path places that you need to try! When you find the entrance, walk up to the third floor, where you’ll enjoy a rooftop patio with views of the ocean and some of the best aguachiles you’ve ever had! There is a fresh fish market below this hidden gem, which speaks to the freshness you’re getting. Manu was pretty simple, pick your flavor, likely based on the spice level, pick a beer or michilada, and enjoy! The service was great and we were so impressed with the whole experience. The
This place serves some of the most delicious aguachiles. They are experts at aguachiles. The flavours are so delicious and spicy. They also have some delicious drink options. The papas with sauce are very delicious. The service is very quick and efficient. There is a great view of the ocean. Everything is made super fresh.
