WHAT A FABULOUS DINING EXPERIENCE. Understatedly elegant and far from stuffy with the most professional service from Moises. Unobtrusive service, and always available when needed. Food was glorious from start to finish with the finest aesthetics. Tuna tartar to die for along with expertly prepared caprese salad and sliced beef tongue. The magnificent special of the day was a Porterhouse steak combined with the finest of lobster tails. Served with perfectly sliced skin on potatoes and fresh asparagus spears, it was a work of art. The creamed spinach con queso was yet another perfect accompaniment. Desserts were exquisite but superfluous. Two bottles of Merlot from Argentina were icing on the cake. Want to die and go to heaven? This is the establishment for such transport. Can't wait for my next experience.

This is an amazing restaurant, great food and best food in Guanajuato. My family and me came to visit Guanajuato City, Leon and San Miguel de Allende. This restaurant for us is by far the best, I should mention the wonderful service from Carlos (our waiter) as well as Pablo (Mgr.), Josue and Socorro our waiter on our third visit this week! This could show you how much we love this restaurant. For me the best in Guanajuato!. We came from Atlanta Georgia USA.

This is a classic place to eat lunch or dinner in Guanajuato, the meats served are best in quality and very well cooked. The service is amazing, just as expected in Mexico city or a fancy restaurant.

Top notch service with awesome steaks. The salad that comes with the meal is simple but has a really great dressing.

The food was good. New York steak was 4/5. Its great you can chose dif strak sizes. I really liked the pepperoni pizza. The sides can be better. The guayava dessert is a disappointment. The flan & the banana dessert were my favorite. The service was great.

Overall 4.7 ⭐ Bife Ancho NY: 3/5 Ordered medium, but the doneness was inconsistent some parts closer to medium, others more like medium-well. A bit on the dry side, though the meat was tender and the seasoning was spot on. Served with big salad. $710 Chocolate Crème Brûlée: 5/5 Incredibly delicious and well balanced in flavor. The portion is generous easily enough for two people to share. Craft Beer: 3/5 Only two options available: blonde or dark. The blonde had very low bitterness, which might disappoint IPA lovers. Would have appreciated more variety, especially local options. $115 Starter Bread: 5/5 I don’t usually review bread, but this one deserves it served warm, soft, and absolutely fabulous. Service: 5/5 Extremely attentive, professional, and on point throughout the meal. Ambiance: 4/5 Warm and inviting atmosphere with high ceilings that add a sense of openness. Music was a bit louder than ideal, though not disruptive to conversation.
