My partner and i's all time favourite resturaunt. we've tried every place from penticton to kelowna and Bamboo chopsticks has the best service, prices and pho. We come at east twice a month even as broke college kids because of how addictive it is! our go to is the rare beef lemon grass pho

Had a great experience today. Walked in and was greeted and seated immediately. Strted with the iced passion fruit green tea, spring rolls, and green onion cake (my favorite!) and shared a curry stir fry and satay beef soup. All the food was delicious and fresh. Service was great! Grandpa made us feel like we were home. Thank you for a lovely meal. 10/10

We had the 4 combo bowl, short rib bowl with 2 Vietnamese ice coffee. The service was super friendly and attentive. We went just after opening and was almost a full house by the time we left.

Great service, very friendly and attentive staff. The portion sizes were large and very filling and everything was cooked well and felt very fresh. I enjoyed the drip coffee they had for their iced Vietnamese coffee as well! Definitely worth a visit!

Recently moved to Kelowna (previously from metro Vancouver), and was craving pho. This place satisfied my craving, and would come again. Unlike the Viet places I'm used to, this place's soup is mild in flavour and has a more clean/refreshing feel. I can understand it's partially due to the demographic, but also the access to ingredients. I will say, I'm confused about the hot sauce...i personally do not find it spicy, rather sweet (somewhat Ketchupy). The vermicelli bowls are very filling (big portion). I personally wish they used dark meat instead of chicken breast, as it was a bit dry. Flavour was more on the sweet side, wishing the fish sauce was more "fishy". Spring rolls were yummy. I'm wondering if they left out the wood ear Mushroom on purpose. I personally am not the big fan of wood ear mushrooms, so I liked that there wasn't any. Lots of meat in the filling. Fish sauce didn't really have a lot of fish sauce - more of a sweet and salty sauce (again, this is probably due to the people here). Would order again. Overall, not bad - Decent quality. I like the portion sizes. 100% worth it. Staffs were super friendly and professionally, 10/10. Place was clean and welcoming. Lots of (free) parking!

Outstanding foods. Drinks. I absolutely love this place. Top 3 of my favorite places to eat and a contender for my top 1 favorite foods. Everything is delicious and the staff are great. Prices are fair. Great vibe and the atmosphere is cool. The take out cups with extra sauce could be worked out a bit better so it doesn't spill in the top of the bags sometimes but that's my only critique. Definitely try the curry tofu. It's so darn good. My youngest boy not even 2 yet loves the tofu.

A nice pleasant find in Kelowna. Tried this location and downtown, both were good. Deep fried items were just okay. We enjoyed the soups, and the rice dishes.
