Our Friend Caro had us visit one of the most Historic Places in Metepec. The Home of Garañona, since 1932 the drink has been fashioned and is cited to have healing and almost magical properties. 14 herbs are mixed with an alcohol base. The Secret Recipe has been handed down through the generations. The Bar itself is still more Cantina style, Service is in the middle of Chaos depending on the time of day. The Price for a shot or a Liter is very good. It is stated during your visit you should SIP 3 shots.

This place is a must to try Garañona, a very local spirit, it is the Bourbon of Metepec lol. If you dare to try it don't take more than 2. It is not an expensive place so be discreet
