I got an ice coffee from here and a matcha with a friend, it tasted good and wasn't expensive at all. The atmosphere however was crowded and a bit messy, but in general the place is very unique in Ottawa, as not many cafes have a girly aesthetic. Workers were nice.

What a lovely Café. We visited Ottawa for one day and our friends took us there, and it was an excellent choice. Lovely atmosphere and great service, food and drinks. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely visit to Carmelito Café on Longfields Drive in Barrhaven. We ordered the cream horn and the pistachio affogato, and both were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere really stood out — uniquely different, with a beautiful blend of traditional inspiration and an upbeat feel. Even with a good crowd, there was plenty of seating, so it never felt cramped or rushed. Excellent bakery items, rich and flavourful coffees, and an overall very pleasant experience. Definitely a spot we’d love to visit again!

Lovely café with beautiful decor and vibe with lots of pastries, cakes, gelato and sandwiches. The pastries we tried were really good, the croissant was authentic. Will definitely be back often.

Had a great gluten free cake created by Carmelito . Was so yummy and great looking covered with pistachio, so cooling and juicy and all my guests asked me where did I get the cake from Highly recommended
