Just stop and have carnitas if near Chachos. Several items brought to tables to customize to your personal preference. Great value as each order can be spread between two tortillas and meat quality can't be beat.

The best carnitas I've tasted so far in Mexico. Great place, good service, the only down side is no cards, only cash. But really an issue, the prices are really modest. Defenetly reckoned this place when you're in town.

Traditional restaurant for "carnitas" (fried pork Mexican style) in Santa Rosa Juáuregui, Querétaro. The restaurant is OK and the specialty "carnitas" is just excellent meal... and highly recommended. The place has table service as well as takeout Service, however, has opportunity to improve... There's free parking space and convenient. The restaurant is located in an area of some other good restaurants as well and those Mexican style meals as well.

The tacos were delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was better than expected for a roadside find. It was even cool to watch them make tortillas thru the next door front window.

I'd you like pork meat, here you can find the best in the city of Querétaro. Tacos, chicharrón and a soda for 2 would cost around 12 usd. The food is freshly cooked and the waitresses are very friendly. You have to try it.
