Best restaurant in playa del Carmen!! You are missing out if you don’t come here on your vacation! Best drinks best food the arrachera is the best steak I had in playa del Carmen. You have to order the jarrito to drink amazing flavour and for the price you can’t beat this place!!!

We came across this little gem of a restaurant across the street from ‘The Gallery condos”. We had the taco’s and a few cerveza, plus pico and some chips. The prices were very good, cerveza 45 pesos, tacos 25 pesos, pico 45 pesos. Very good, we will be back !

We had such a fantastic experience here during our stay in Playa del Carmen! The restaurant is conveniently located on Avenida Constituyentes, just opposite the Holiday Inn, making it an easy spot to find—and absolutely worth the visit. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Josafate, who truly made our evening special. He was attentive, charismatic, and incredibly knowledgeable, offering great recommendations for both food and drinks. We started with Jarritos, which were refreshing and delicious, and were also treated to complimentary tortilla chips and a variety of sauces—a lovely touch. For our meal, we ordered the pastor tacos, shrimp tacos, shrimp tostada, and the pulpo (300g). Every single dish was outstanding—full of authentic flavour, generously portioned, and impressively light with no greasiness. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and well-prepared, and it’s clear the kitchen takes pride in delivering quality, authentic Mexican cuisine. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place more. Whether you’re looking for a full meal or just a drink, it’s definitely worth stopping by. We had such a memorable evening and would return in a heartbeat!

Came by Saturday and Sunday and was closed up. Hoping this is temporary. Have been here many times and love the food. If it's gone it would be so sad, but have walked all over Playa and seen many well-established long-time places I've loved that are closed this trip. Again, So so sad. Update: watched a YouTuber update bicycling around town today. 6 months later. He drove right by and it looked open. I'm so glad to see that. I will be going back as soon as I'm in town.
