This was my second time in Mexico City and my first time at this restaurant. I think I passed it before but didn't pay attention to it. This time, I stopped in and decided to have lunch there. When I first walked in, I was greeted with courtesy. My Spanish isn't to good, but I still try. Everyone were very understanding of that and I even had a waitress that spoke English. I still practiced my Spanish and she was considerate of that. I ordered the chicken BBQ salad and chicken and cheese quesadilla. I was expecting not much flavor, but I was wrong. It surprised me with the flavors. I also had strawberry juice with another fruit that I forgot the name of but it was good! I have to come back to this place!

Not sure why people hate this place. Our meal was very good and the service very respectable. The portions were large. The pork leg thing I got was close to a kilo so we saved half and had it for breakfast. It was busy for 5 in the afternoon as well.

Me and my girlfriend have found our new spot and it’s very cheap in USD. So yesterday we came by around 6pm, we were welcome like if we were at our own grandparents home. I ordered a chicken fajita, with tropical made juice and my girlfriend ordered a Pozole Mexican soup with a lemonade. Our total came out to $11 in USD. Lol can’t beat that! We came the next morning for a quick breakfast. Their fruit yogurt parfait was out of this world. I highly recommend.

Stayed nearby and dined here twice. Service was good, not the best when super crowded but okay. Good food portions for a meal. We enjoyed our dishes. Kids area is great. The little kiddos have so much to do. Love the fact that your child can play while you wait for your food and after they finish eating. Great if you want to have a hot cup of coffee, iykyk. Maite baby set my child and was amazing and informative. Will definitely come again if visiting nearby.
