I was by myself. They accomodated very well and made me feel very comfortable ! I visited in May it was less crowded. Atmosphere was amazing, very cute design of interior. Staff were very attentive and nice. They had English menu ! Everything include dessert tasted amazing . Would come back.

This place should be on everyones bucket list. The experience of this restaurant is an adventure in it's own. Located near the Teotihuacán Pyramids we took our bus from the pick up point to the restaurant. While standing in line we got caught in a massive downpour which honestly added to the excitement of the adventure. When you enter you go down a long flight of stairs into the cavern however the stairs circle the inside so you can see the entire space as you walk down and it really is something to see. The food was incredible and since we were there just after dias de los muertos the ofrenda was still up and really very cool to see.

What a great experience. I didn't expect all the wonderful entertainment. I ordered the rib eye with potatoes and steamed veggies. The steak was so tasty. I also had the ensalada mixta. It was so refreshing with the apples, berries and strawberries and a very light dressing. My son had the Alfredo with bacon and loved it. He's my picky eater. Hubby had the pork with spicy red sauce. Great taste, but actually really spicy. A bit too much.. and he loves spicy. This was a great experience. Stop by for ice cream on your way out at the local place right down the road.

What a unique dining experience! We had a wonderful meal at La Cueva. The food was delicious, fresh and full of flavor, but what truly made this place special was the incredible cave ambience. Dining inside a natural cave created a magical and unforgettable atmosphere. The setting was beautiful, peaceful, and unlike anywhere else we’ve ever eaten. The combination of the stunning surroundings, warm hospitality, and great food made this a highlight of our visit to Teotihuacan. If you’re visiting the pyramids, this restaurant is a must-visit. A perfect place to relax, enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine, and experience something truly unique. Highly recommended!

I’ll start by saying that we went here for breakfast as part of a balloon tour over the pyramids. It was included in the package. There were around 14 of us. The atmosphere is incredible. They took our orders on the bus ride there, & everything was on the table approximately 10 minutes after we sat down. Food was decent, and we were only offered a limited amount of options. My advice, if you choose to visit, would be to take a look at their menu. See what other offerings they have.

Service was awesome, food super tasty. They have traditional Mexican dishes, even precolumbine stuff, as well as more conventional options -even a kids menu. I had turkey mole (the way God intended) and it was probably the best I've had in Mexico city and surroundings. Definitely a place you can visit with your loved ones after touring the Teotihuacan pyramids. It's in a real, albeit safe and easy to walk in cave which inside feels just like any good restaurant: clean, comfortable. I wish I can come back soon.
