The place is absolutely nice and delicious. The staff always able to help you and bring everything you ask. Menu is very complete, they offer pasta, pizza, salat and meat. La Toscana is a fantastic spot to reset your palate after indulging in Oaxaca’s rich and complex cuisine. The restaurant delivers truly authentic Italian flavors that stand out in their simplicity and quality. The shrimp pasta was a standout dish—perfectly al dente with bold and balanced flavors. Every bite was satisfying without being too heavy. The staff were incredibly accommodating, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a change of pace and a taste of Italy while in Oaxaca, La Toscana is an excellent choice.
What an exceptional discovery. The hotel where I am staying at - City Centro Oaxaca- recommended me this place. The place is super cute, big and yet intimate and cozy. I had a couple of whiskey drinks, tuna tostadas and a steak. Everything for $42. Extremely flavorful. I will be back
The atmosphere here is wonderful, we came on a Sunday night before close and the staff was as attentive and fast as they could be! The food is AMAZING, make sure to get the tropical tacos if you love a fresh and delicious dish.
Beautiful restaurant with many plants, so in some area it makes you feel as being in a garden Big wooden tables, and big areas, this place is wonderful Enrique was eager to serve you and fulfill our needs. He's a caring waiter and very respectful I had a lasagna which was very good, if you feel as having more meat than pasta Also the hawaian pizza was good with a soft mid-sized crust Best restaurant we had so far in the city
Good variety of dishes from Italian to Mexican and others you wouldn't expect. Reasonably priced and the most efficient and knowledgeable waiter appeared. Lasagna was not the typical layered variety. Nicely done with plenty of sauce. Looking forward to returning and trying the brisket!
