We booked this through OpenTable which is always a plus. The restaurant has a great energetic vibe. We were a party of two and had a couple of minor issues that were handled well by the floor manager. First, the wine I wanted was not available. This is common in Playa del Carmen but I usually get an offer for a slightly more expensive wine at the same price. This was not going to happen at this restaurant but we figured out a good alternative with the floor manager. We ordered a full rack of ribs and a house salad to split. The salad was fresh and delicious. The ribs were questioned. I had expected a full rack of ribs to be longer than a short rack. What we received was short so I questioned this with the floor manager. He told me that distinction is based on weight. He took our plate, warmed it up and said it did weigh in as a short rack. He said to eat it and he brought back a full rack (by weight) at no extra price. The ribs were very good. The Netflix boxing event was on the screens with no volume, I enjoyed that. The music was a little too loud for me. I will go back but not in a rush.

Children eat for free and cocktails are always 2x1, great!!, but... they will push and push to sell you a 150-pesos bottle of water and they will "accidently" put the children's meals on the check so make sure you look through the check at the end!!! The food is ok and fairly priced, just a little bit vinegary. The cocktails are really good! Service is a little too overly attentive, which can make it a little uncomfortable at times. They are continually trying to clear your plates even if there is still food on them and they will take your totopos away when there are still some left, so hold on to your plates. The restaurant is beautiful and the bathrooms are really lovely. And the staff are great just a little bit too on top of you.

First place I ate at when getting to Mexico. Our waitress was named Karen and she was awesome! The food was delicious. Everything about it was great. Also dogs are allowed!

Food was really good. Got the sirloin 10oz, Mexican rice, mashed potatoes and Caesar salad. The service was great as well. The staff works really hard and although we had some service issues due to post New Year’s Day exhaustion, the floor manager Oscar accommodated us by covering our meal. This type of service is exceptional and we truly appreciate them taking care of us. I highly recommend this place!! 10/10

Great place to eat and people watch. Sam at checkin was great! The drinks are tasty and food is fresh. I had the short ribs and quesa with chorizo. Way to much food for myself. I hung out at the table and had some tequila and watched the craziness for 5th Avenue walk by. There was a DJ and he played some great music. The staff was attentive and the manager stopped and asked if everything was good. I would eat at this restaurant again.
