It is not your fancy restaurant. It is open simple, and you sit in the open. You get the Chile con carne and there is nothing else in the menu. A local staple.

Special place in which "las comadres" talked dirty to you. This means is part of the concept of this place. The flavor is a very typical of a "rancho" here in Nuevo León. You must call to make a reservation. We went 6 friends. The food was good, tortillas just made in the moment but from my opinion the food was not sufficient for 6 people. The place feels like home. The river "Ramos" is just next to you. You can try it if you will visit Allende, NL just 30 minutes from Monterrey.

This place is the bomb! The Chile con carne is amazing. Not to strong and very well seasoned. I came from out of town and one of my stops had to be here. It was well worth the drive and more. The tortillas are huge and delicious. The beans are amazing and its a great combination with the meat. If I could come 2 times a week I would probably be here. Their business cards are hilarious but I didn't want to challenge them on that. Thank you for the great service and can't wait until next time.

We payed about MXN$200 p.p. It's a little place, home style cooking, no bathrooms or facilities like that, but the food is amazing. Very flavourful, very good quality. Check it out and go for a swim in Rio Ramos (Ramos River) after
