I do not know if the restaurant is still Los Almendros, but the menu of traditional Yucatan cuisine was very good. The gin and tonics were nice too...

I recommend the buffet in this restaurant, they have a huge variety of options. They have sushi, seafood, meat, pasta, paella, and a lot of delicious desserts. You only pay $390 for the breakfast (7am 12pm) and $475 pesos at lunch (1pm - 5pm). Don't miss to try this delicious buffet!

Beautiful authentic Yucatan restaurant located in Fiesta Americana Hotel. The restaurant decor feature a mural with various celebrities in Mexico. The menu is extensive in terms of real deal Yucatan cuisine. We started with the Crema de Chile Xkatik soup, a creamy soup with the native Chile. We enjoyed the Tacos de Cochinita, tortilla with grilled dogfish and Queso de Relleno de Izamal. The flan and tres leches cake were the perfect ending to an enjoyable lunch.

5 star if prices was more reasonable. Pool was warm in February.,bed was comfortable. Beautiful lobby with this painting in dining area.
