First time trying Mad Radish. I had Elif and Tristan serving me and they were super helpful and welcoming. When I told them it was my first time, Elif was ready to recommend some of her favourites. We ended up getting the El Derado and Piri Piri bowls. They both tasted great and the portions were just right. I’d definitely go again.
I had a great experience at Mad Radish in Ottawa. I ordered both the beef bowl and the chicken bowl, and they were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything was prepared perfectly. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick. It’s a great option for a healthy and satisfying meal. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!
Had a modified Bibimbap Bowl - no cilantro, no Gochujang Sauce, extra pickled carrots & darken, extra caroot/ginger dressing. With Lemon-Herb chicken. (I am gluten sensitive, and allergic to both cilantro and Cow's milk products) Staff was helpful in figuring out the mods that would work, food was amazing and the restaurant was CLEAN, and calm. We most definitely be back
I absolutely love this place. As someone who works in the culinary industry, it’s been hard for me to enjoy normal corporate restaurants after having worked in some for so long and seeing how the food is made. Mad Radish is one of the places I go to often where I rather spend a normal restaurant amount on a meal to include extra meat or toppings just because of how good it is. The quality of the ingredients doesn’t leave you feeling nasty while still filling you up. Some of the sauces are so good I have even made them at home after finding the ingredients on their website. As for the atmosphere and staff, they are always amazing. I’ve only had one weird interaction with a staff member which I haven’t seen since, but all of the people I see normally are all very nice and welcoming. There’s a couple girls that work there that always go above and beyond with their customer service and also make some of the best bowls I’ve had from Mad Radish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good quality, filling but healthy meal. I recommend the beef barbacoa for the protein and the Mexican Caesar for the dressing!
So healthy and fresh! I had a delightful bowl (verde) with rice, salad, beans, corn, fresh guacamole, tasty tofu... super yummy. They offer wraps and shakes too! A friendly worker there asked if everything was good and we got talking about their custom app (used for local delivery that they provide) as opposed to paying extra for the other food delivery app service. While they do not provide a weekly delivery service (like ready-made meal service like Factor or Inspired Go), he did suggest that I could buy 3 bowls at a time and, if I let them know, they could pack the protein separately to be stored in the fridge to keep it fresh. They also do catering. The in-store setup is super clean and bright. Just off Iber Rd, lots of parking. Thank you for providing us with healthy options!
Stopped by Mad Radish for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I tried both the beef bowl and the chicken bowl, and both were delicious. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, the proteins were well-seasoned, and the flavors worked really well together. I also appreciated how healthy the meal felt without sacrificing taste. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was bright and inviting. A great place for a fresh, nutritious meal. I’ll definitely return and try more items from the menu. Highly recommend
It's our first time, and we were served by Christopher. He was super nice and friendly, and recommended the Daikon Dynasty bowle, it did not fail. It was delicious! My husband had a sandwich which was also very good. The chicken was juicy and the ingredients were fresh. They also have gluten free, vegan and halal options!! Will definitely come back.
