This place is a gem! Had the absolute pleasure of dining at one of Tlaxcala’s best. Chef Ivan’s culinary creations tells a story of tradition, innovation and passion. From the freshest local ingredients to the boldest combinations, this experience is a true celebration of Mexican cuisine! Pro-tip: Save some space for desserts!
