It used to be that if you wanted a nice, juicy burger, you'd head over to Red Robin's to quench your hunger. Because in their prime, nobody did burgers like they did. Over the years, the quality seemed to drop off a bit, but it wasn't like the food was horrible. It just wasn't up to the standard of their golden years. I went one day with my cousin to see how the food was faring. We went when they opened, so they had no problem seating us by the windows, per our request. We had to get the Towering Onion Rings, of course. The rings were quite large, and they tasted as good as the last time we'd had them. We also decided to try their Artichoke & Spinach Dip, and this one fell flat, unfortunately. The dip was really bland, so we hardly touched it. Our mains of the Sautéed 'Shroom Burger with Yam Fries and Clucks & Shrimp tasted really good, though, so overall, it was a nice meal. I was relieved that Red Robin's was still a viable option for burgers, because I really don't eat them that often, so when I have a hankering for one, it's nice to know that there's a place I can go to that is continuously satisfying. I rarely eat in at the restaurant, as most of my interactions are ordering from them online. Obviously, the food is not as fresh as if you had actually been at the restaurant to eat it in person, but that's to be expected. The food is still enjoyable, so I can't really say anything blatantly negative about it. One thing I was disheartened about was their Poppyseed-Honey Mustard Dressing. They must have changed the recipe or something because the last few times I had the Crispy Chicken Tender Salad, the dressing had been really thin and watery and almost tasteless. I ordered the salad again, and the dressing was about the same. That dressing is what makes the salad come alive, so I haven't been ordering it. I hope they will remedy this because that salad is a family favorite. It's still an appetizing place to grab a burger, so if you need to sink your teeth into some meat, head over to Reb Robin's.

We love going to all the Red Robin’s in North America. Had to rush to this one before our flight back home, we were first when the doors opened. Customer service was excellent. Our favorite is the onion rings. Love the view at this location. Highly recommend. Veggie burger was great with added mushrooms.

A bit worn yes, but clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Our young family was here at noon on Saturday so what I can say is that at the start of the day this place is great. Just as I remember from many many years ago. Food quality is good and the menu maintains the favourites from years past. Recommend as one of the very rare restaurants for affordable, consistent, family friendly dining.

This place is bumping for a Saturday night. Almost every table and booth is full. The staff are hustling, the food is coming out of the kitchen constantly. When our food came faster than I thought it would, it was nice and hot and the presentation was as it should be. Food is always delicious.

Great Burgers with bottomless Fries and a nice view of the city! Came here for dinner with some friends after Latin Mass on Sunday. We got seated right away! The burgers tasted good and the bottomless fries were a great addition. I ordered the classic mushroom burger and it was delicious! Servers were friendly as well and the location of this place was nice. I will say the one negative thing about this location was the men's washrooms, they were a bit dirty and the paper towel dispenser seemed to be almost falling off. Overall, this is a good place to get a burger fix with bottomless fries!

We finally tried Red Robin after talking about it since 2016. Went on a Sunday evening and the place was very busy — it took around 25 minutes from ordering to getting our food. The service was genuinely good. It also seemed like families with kids and guests without kids were seated separately as much as possible, which was thoughtful. There was a birthday celebration at the table next to us. Several staff members loudly announced it to the whole restaurant and everyone sang a birthday song I had never heard before — definitely extrovert heaven We ordered the Red Robin burger and the BBQ chicken wrap, and both were tasty. That said, I think people like us may not really be their target customers. For the price and taste, we personally feel Fatburger is also very solid, with larger portions and slightly better value. We’re also not sports people and weren’t there with a big group of friends, so some of the atmosphere probably appeals more to other customers. Overall though, a fun experience and glad we finally tried it after all these years.

I visited Red Robin Burgers approximately three to four times during 2023 and 2024, and I was satisfied with each visit. The burgers are tasty, and the unlimited fries with their mayonnaise are particularly good — I believe they make them in-house. They pair nicely with a peach beer. The whiskey-glazed wings were also enjoyable. The desserts were good as well. The venue itself is pleasant, and from the upper floor you can dine with a view of Robson, one of the city’s busiest streets. We were also happy with the service. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would like to visit again soon.
