As an Iranian going through a very difficult emotional time because of what is happening in my country, I was touched by their compassion. They even played a few meaningful Iranian songs to show support, which meant more than words can express. This place is not only beautiful, but filled with heart. Not the scripted kind of friendliness — the real kind. Warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged. They don’t just run a restaurant; they create an atmosphere where you feel seen. When Angelo learned that we were Persian, the conversation shifted to something deeper. He spoke about the recent events in Iran and expressed heartfelt solidarity. He asked about our rally in Toronto on February 14, showing sincere interest and support. Then, in a moment we’ll never forget, he surprised us by playing Baraye — a song that has carried so much meaning since 2022. We came with a reservation for dinner. We left with full hearts. In a city full of places where you can eat well, it’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely cared for. If you value kindness, respect, conversation, and the feeling of being welcomed — not just served — this is your place. You can find good food anywhere. But being treated with this level of warmth and humanity? That’s exceptional.

Had an amazing experience dining here with a large group of business partners, and I have to say everything exceeded expectations. Managing a big group is never easy, but the staff handled it flawlessly from beginning to end. Service was truly 10/10 — attentive, professional, organized, and made sure every detail was taken care of without us ever having to ask twice. The food was outstanding, easily 10/10 — every dish came out on time, fresh, and full of flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, perfectly prepared and complemented the evening really well. Overall, they made a large group feel effortless and gave us an experience that felt both smooth and premium. Highly recommend for business dinners, celebrations, or any large gathering. This was by far one of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had. The beef tartare and the BAVETTE DE BOEUF ANGUS were absolutely outstanding — we have never tasted anything this delicious before, and we have plenty of experience dining at great restaurants, so we definitely have something to compare it to. Everything was simply incredible: the quality of the food, the presentation, the atmosphere, and the service. Every dish exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the gentleman who I believe is the owner. He kindly treated our children to an amazing tiramisu, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It made our visit even more memorable. Thank you for an unforgettable dining experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for exceptional food and hospitality.

Dog friendly! Emma was extremely accommodating and friendly with our pup on the patio. The food was delicious, and good portions. Don't let the "greasy spoon" nomenclature fool you, it's more refined than you'd expect!
