We came and ordered a ceasar salad and 5 meat pizza. They start you out with warm, toasted bread, balsamic and olive oil. Your drink order arrives and shortly after your starter (our salad). Before we were done our salad, (8 minutes or so), our pizza arrived, which was quick, but we felt a little rushed. Salad and pizza were good but not over the top to be honest. Pizza was a little greasy although there was pepperoni on it so could have attributed to this. Crust was lovely! Service was good and venue is clean and comfortable.

I walked by here a couple of times and decided to try it as they have a wood fired pizza oven. Had the sebastiano pizza. It was good. Lots of spinach. I should have tried a different kind to give an accurate review. It came with a bun and crispy bread to soak in oil and balsamic vinigar. Service was great. I'd like to try the pasta next time. This restaurant is worth trying!...Update..went back for another pizza. They did us a split. One side Rustica and the other Campagnola. Both were good. Only complaint was that some pieces were loaded while others were sparse.

We wanted Italian while in Mazatlan, Mexico and were very pleased to see this lovely establishment survived CoVid. The staff is extremely attentive. The atmosphere is quiet , quaint and great for a date night. The food is the star though. Salad that was amazing and pasta that melts in your mouth. Noodles perfectly Al Dente and sauce that is perfectly seasoned has simmered for hours.

We went again. This time we had five star service and same with the food. It was delicious and hot this time. The eggplant was so so good! The paste with shrimp was wonderful with a nice tasting white wine cream sauce. The shrimp were tasty, too! We're glad we went back to experience their food. We went here based on the great star ratings. The atmosphere was very nice. We had a private booth. The eggplant starter was so so good! It reminded us of the eggplant we had in Rome many years ago. The salmon was tasty to me, but tasted fishy to my wife. The paste could have been hotter. It was good otherwise. The five meat pizza was too salty for us. We don't usually use salt on our food. It's most likely the meat. The staff was pleasant and had no problem with us not liking the pizza. The cheesecake is very nice with apples and all. We would go back for the eggplant and cheesecake dessert!

I come to Maz for 2 to 4 months Every year. I love exploring the culture. People and most of all the food. And every year they're is something new. BUT. don't go look for a new stone oven pizza joint cause there is only 2. (That i like) This one is and always has been my favorite. We sit out side between the restaurant and main gate. Staff is amazing. Friendly. English spoken. The pizza is very close to a true Italian pizza. Top that off with a sangria. And i'm back in italy. You gotta eat here.
