An interesting wine bar that serves Italian food. They have a small selection of beer from around the world as well. The spaghetti bolognese was pretty good! The sauce was light, but everything was cooked to perfection and the meat had a nice flavor. The Rey Oh! Baby pale ale was quite good as well. I liked the atmosphere—it was low-key, semi-lit, and felt very intimate. For now, I’ll give this restaurant 4.2/5 stars since it just wasn’t anything to write home about. I’d like to go back to try some wine and something else on the menu soon, and provide an updated score and commentary. Update: I returned and had the green salad and three cheese pasta. The salad was fairly standard, with tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, and sunflower seeds, but it was a good price. The pasta was quite tasty, with a good amount of blue cheese that wasn’t overpowering. I like this spot, it’s definitely a decent lunch/dinner place for an intimate meal. I update my score to 4.4/5 stars.
