There is a good variety of food, though given the price point, don't expect gourmet quality—you get what you pay for. The portions are very generous, and coffee and juice are included. Regarding service, I think they need more waitstaff; the place is very popular due to the low prices, so you sometimes have to wait for service or to pay the bill. The waitresses are extraordinarily friendly, but I sat at the counter-style seating near a gentleman in the corner—presumably a manager—who was busy with paperwork, and there was another staff member responsible for seating guests who spent time on his phone instead. Neither of them did anything to help make the service more efficient.
