Whenever I visit the area and also the metropolitana region of Mexico City, I always enjoy eating at Vip's where the quality and prices of their food is of very good and consistent quality. I went once for lunch at one of their locations and ordered a simple vegetable soup and was instead served a bowl of medium dark broth which surprised me as I clearly didn't order that and decided to order something else instead.
