We had the large Genovese pizza. Voted one of Victoria’s best. Very nice thin crust. The fennel sausage was a touch spicy but pleasant. The crust was bubbled and had that definite wood fire taste. The access was very accessible. Service was pleasant also. Nice variety of local beers and Italian sodas. We got a large for leftovers. The medium 12 inch certainly seemed closer to 14 inch and almost the same size as the large. Awesome value.

900 Degrees Pizza is hands down the best place for authentic Italian pizza! The flavors are incredible — perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and that amazing wood-fired taste that you can’t find anywhere else. Every bite feels like Italy on a plate! A special shoutout to Elly, who made our visit even better! She was so friendly, welcoming, and really knew her stuff. She helped us choose the perfect pizza to try, and it turned out to be our new favorite. Her service and recommendations made the experience truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for top-quality pizza and amazing service, 900 Degrees Pizza is the place to go. Highly recommended!
Fantastic local wood-fired pizzeria. Our server was very kind and friendly. Regular pizza was phenomenal and also love the gluten-free options (there’s even a separate menu)! Homemade chili oil has lots of flavour and would recommend adding it to your pizza.
This place is amazing. Once you step in to this place it really makes you feel at home. With the wonderful smells of pizza you know you came to the right place. It is a very beautiful atmosphere with great staff and beautiful art all around. The menu has lots to choose from and has many great dishes from salads to pizzas. One thing tho that I would like to see come on the menu is a few pasta dishes to give more options. Honestly tho this place is a must to come and visit and experience the wood fire grill it’s the best way to have a pizza. Trust me you will love it and bring your friends as well. So stop reading my review and head down to 900 to get some amazing food.
We needed a non-fast food place that offers vegan options for lunch before heading to the ferry. This seems to be the only place outside of downtown Victoria around Langford with the perfect setup: organic sour dough pizza, organic sauce, organic vegetable, fresh everything, and vegan cheese! I was so happy to see that we can skip the garlic on the pizza because garlic is a separate item added on top of the pizza, the tomato sauce does not contain garlic. Yay! 900 Degrees is not just the name, it is the oven temperature. For our vegan pizza, we ordered Rossa, with organic tomato sauce, vegan cheese, asparagus, zucchini, bell peppers, onions, no garlic, chipotle flakes, with a pile of arugula on top, finished for fig balsamic reduction. Cooked at 900 degrees, it arrive fairly quickly. Dear Adrian Ortiz-Mena, thank you for this, it was DELICIOUS! We will definitely eat here again next time we visit Victoria! Oh, the bonus is – they have the cleanest washroom we've seen in Victoria.
