Had a great time at the Keg Sherway Gardens. Went with a group of people, and the staff were very accommodating with our seating arrangement. Food was excellent, drinks were great and the vibes were amazing! Would definitely come back again!
A great place with delicious steaks and excellent service from the server Erwin. Even though we had to wait a little before being seated — despite arriving exactly at our reservation time — and the hostess said they didn’t have a vase for my bouquet, it didn’t spoil the birthday celebration. Our server took care of all our requests. The steaks were cooked to the right doneness, and the dishes and drinks arrived quickly. The interior is comfortable, though slightly outdated, and the dim lighting created a romantic atmosphere.
We were a party of 4 and overall, enjoyed our experience. Our server, Curtis, was exceptionally attentive, and had a great personality and menu knowledge, but kept it professional. We ordered a variety of meat and fish entres that were all very good. One disappointment was the Caesar salad that had likely been under a heat lamp for a minute and came to the table soggy. Didn't take a picture of it though. Billy Miner pie was complimentary because of a birthday-- an appreciated gesture. For a rainy Thursday night, the place was packed at 7:00. A variety of parties, from date-night to family gatherings and a variety of dress from jeans to suits. A good choice.
Always enjoy my time here! The Keg is consistent and I’ve always enjoyed my time at each of their locations. The steaks are as good as any fancy steakhouse really, the service is always good, their apps like mushroom Neptune is unmatched and they always have a seasonal menu with fun drinks/food features. (Ps. If you’re going for lunch they have a very good happy hour as well.)
We came to The Keg to celebrate my sister's graduation with my mom, and we had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely incredible, but what really made the celebration special was our server, Lorraine. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I was truly touched by her exceptional service, she made our family celebration unforgettable!
came for happy hour and left very happy from start to finish our service was delightful. our host, nathan found us a perfect table in the lounge; exactly where we wanted to sit, it’s like he was psychic. our server, tennyson provided exceptional service, ensuring our food was tasting good and our drinks were never empty. I love the keg and especially my home location at sherway. highly recommend the baked brie and espresso martini from the happy hour menu
