Fui un domingo por la mañana y el ambiente era muy tranquilo. Aun cuando otros lugares cercanos estaban llenos, aquí se notaba la calidad y atención personalizada. Su flat white está entre mis favoritos en la ciudad, definitivamente en mi top 5. Probé también un baguette con jamón serrano, muy bien preparado y de excelente sabor. Lo que más me ganó fue el café molido para llevar: el tostado, el aroma y la tensión del sabor son excepcionales, y el precio me pareció muy justo para la calidad que ofrecen. Un lugar que vale la pena repetir en cualquier horario: constante, amable y de gran calidad.
