This is some of the best Neapolitan pizza that I have had outside of Napoli. Very authentic and a must visit for a genuine taste of Italy in Guadalajara.

Do you see that dreamy crust? Those ingredients so fresh it's like they just sprung out of a dream? This pizza is not a dream. It's reality. The best pizza paradise reality you could ever hope for. For real though, some of, if not the best pizza in Guadalajara. The flavors are innovative and perfectly balanced - bitter arugula with sweet fig, smoky bacon with refreshing rosemary. The pizzas are filling but won't weigh you down. Plus, the owners are super sweet! Treat yourself and go. Now. Future you will thank you.
We came here for the vegan (and non vegan) options since we came in a group. We got the Siracusa and Verona vegan pizzas. Nothing crazy, but a good solid vegan pizza with vegan cheese. They have a lot of seating inside and outside. We chose to sit outside because they had a television and we wanted to watch a game, which they put on for us. The pizzas are decent to share between two people because they’re bigger than a personal pizza. The staff is nice and friendly. If one has a large party and/or coming at a busy time, reservations are recommended. Overall, I would return.
Wow, easily the best pizza in town (and that’s after trying damn near all of them, living here for 2 years). The ingredients are comparable to the best pizzerias in London, Paris, & Italy. Service was fast and food came in record time. Their burrata salmon pizza (monthly special, sorry if you miss it) is the best take on a salmon pie I’ve had in 7 years, with soft, perfectly fluffed burrata that melts with the oils. Not greasy, not overly chewy, everything is blended in the most balanced dough, balanced with a crisp enriched crust. Next time I’ll be trying the Carbonara. The photos don’t do the ambiance justice as the environment is relaxed and perfect for a solo night out or a date. Simple yet enchanting is the vibe. Thanks for excellent service and a terrific experience!
The place is ok. It does feel like the tables are to close to each other. Maybe space out the tables for more private space. Yheir Chai tea is great The.!! The neopolitan pizza is great and it was brought to us quickly . The red wine was great, and the salads was good! It was raining hard that day and some rain was coming inside the place,so that needs fixing. A great place for a date..?? No, there are other better places. Trendy napoleon style pizza and drinks. Perfect for a date or a family with 3 little kids. Staff was tolerant and excellent. Pizza even better!
Very yummy. I recommend Burrata Prosciutto (figs, arugula, and olive oil ) and the Calabria (pepperoni ). Soft bread and the little sauce was delicious. Finish it off with Flan Napolitano Dulce de Leche y Almendras (the almendra garapiñada wow ! Daniel’s tip: ask for extra so you can have some with every bite ) Cab sauvignon option was not it. Please add a cab option that is not too sweet. 9/10.
