Ordered at 3:00 PM for a 5:45 pickup. My wife picked up the food and even though they were extremely busy, she waited less than one minute before the food came out—right on time. The pizza and wings were cooked perfectly and exactly as requested. The only thing I wish is that the eat-in specials were available for pick-up as well. Still amazing service and quality. Can’t wait to come back!
Great experience dining in tonight. Normally get takeout which is also fantastic. Easily my favourite wings and now steak sub in the city! Rather picky with my steak sub preferences but they absolutely nailed it. After living in st Catherine’s for years I’ve finally found somewhere that has a proper steak sub! Also Staff are super nice and attentive as well. Cleanliness was great too. Couldn’t recommend more.
Our club watched Canada v Morocco World Cup action in our very own room! The atmosphere was supercharged, excellent food and Honey our server was masterful at handling groups like ours. Highly recommend.
Quality and quantity in one place?!! Say no more!! Our new go-to when in the St Catherine’s /Niagara area! Perfect wait time to be seated. Just enough time to take in the quaint atmosphere. Even with being super busy, order taking and food served without being rushed nor waiting too long. Excellent service. Extra napkins and drink refills dropped off without even asking. Every dish passing by our table looked delicious but the Bugsy Gangster Burger is a MUST try! Their flavourful , tender meatball sub was served on a platter (not a regular sized dinner dish!) and the amazing fresh cut fries overflow your plate. Quesadillas so hot, fresh and oozing with filling. Bring your appetite because the portions are crazy
The atmosphere was definitely a five out of five! We decided to check out the live show and he was absolutely amazing! The drinks were cold and deliciously priced at $5.25 for a Paralyzer; Doubles were $7.75!!!! Dinner, date, drinks, with entertainment for all under $50!!!!!! I am a little picky with my steak, so I found it a little chewy and needed a lot more flavor. The Caesar salad and french fries were tasty! It was a busy night, a real packed house, but the waitresses made sure that we were well taken care of.
Stopped in for lunch today. We ordered a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich with fries and a clubhouse sandwich with fries. Their menu is extensive. So, so many choices! The food was delicious and the portions large. The fries were piping hot and cooked perfectly. Easily the best fries we've ever tasted when out for lunch. We had ice water and iced tea to drink. Our server was wonderful. He was friendly and very attentive. He checked on us several times and brought a second glass of ice water each without being asked. Wow! We only wish we had asked his name so that we could mention him here. The place was packed. The total bill came to $44.00 plus gratuity. Great value for the money. Would absolutely recommend Bugsy's and will definitely return when next in St. Catharines. They are located in a plaza/strip mall, so there's plenty of free parking.
Food here is awesome. Staff here are amazing. This is a popular location, there can be a wait to be seated. The kitchen is slow but the food is always amazing when it comes out. Lots of TVs for sports. Bar area can get crowded. Light only comes from the front. Making it hard to see. There is a great selection of beers. Free WiFi. Clean washrooms. Plenty of free parking. Take their beer challenge to get a plaque on their pillars.
