I got the chicken Parm with fettuccine Alfredo, the sauce was great and pasta was perfect al dente. The cutlet was thin and crispy. My mom got the pesto cream special, hers looks delicious as well.
Found this place on a whim while in the area! Very cute atmosphere with pleasant staff. It had a 4.8 rating, so was looking forward to trying their food. We got a ceasar salad to start, along with the eggplant pizza and bolgonese pasta to share. The salad was fresh and had an interesting flavor because they added what we realized was mustard seeds. The pizza was delicious! Unfortunately, the pasta was a bit boring and needed more flavor. It didn't taste like lamb to me. They also provided some delicious bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar (super yum but small portion). We ended with their tiramisu which was quite lovely. I would only go back for the pizza.
Had such a wonderful experience at Cafe Roma here in Toronto The food was absolutely amazing — authentic Italian flavors that really reminded me of being in Italy. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and flavorful, and the pizza had the perfect thin, crispy crust The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy yet lively, perfect for both family dinners and a casual night out with friends. Definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in Toronto — highly recommend and I’ll be coming back again soon!
If you want Italian food or delicious food in general look no further and eat here! The service was excellent and we had the best meal while visiting Toronto the past week here. Everything has wonderful flavor- from the Carpaccio, the side salads and our meals. We were so blown away we ordered a pizza to take home for later! It is the perfect place for any occasion as there is also an outdoor patio.
I had a wonderful dinner with my family in Cafe Roma. Best ravioli! Everything we ordered from the regular menu and specials was delicious. I loved my branzino from the specials. Their menu is not too big but balanced with good variety. Great portion sizes and food not too heavy. Service was perfect, also great wine selection.
Damn, if you're craving some pasta definitely come here! It's very good! Especially if you want some truffles... We tried all the truffle dishes but I believe the truffle caccio and Pepe is the best one for sure.
I took my girlfriend to Cafe Roma tonight and she enjoyed it very much! The restaurant itself the atmosphere is very nice, very peaceful and beautiful. Our waitress was great, tentative, and very friendly. The food was cooked to perfection, everything had great flavour and hit all the right notes! I would definitely recommend Cafe Roma to anyone looking for a great Italian food experience. As you can see the food looked so good i forgot to take pictures before digging in!
