Absolutely love Delaney’s Coffee House — it’s my favorite coffee shop in Vancouver. Their mocha with whipped chocolate cream is honestly amazing and something I keep coming back for. The staff are always so kind, welcoming, and helpful, and I’ve genuinely never had a bad experience here. The space itself has so much character—it’s been around since the early 90s and has such a cozy, classic vibe that’s hard to find. It can get quite busy on weekends, so I usually go during the week when it’s a bit more relaxed but still has a nice, lively atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy spot with great coffee and great people.

What more do you need from a cafe. The coffee was exceptional, and the croissant was perfection. If you’re in this area don’t even consider another spot, this is the cafe to go to.

One of my favourite places close to the beach. Perfect choice for studying and remote working. Coffee is really good and rich in taste, and the price is more reasonable than many other similar places. Enough tables and seating areas available inside and outside . Staff are nice and smiling.

Service: as for peak hours I gotta say they manage to maintain cool head . And run the order in smoothly as can be pace and structure as a eye to behold. Like fastpace frame of a movie scene go perfectly one shot. From the moment ordered my items not needed to wait long . Atmosphere: As for peak morning hours can be a bit overwhelming and hard to find a seat. But the place design nicely and cosy indoors if it was slightly less noisy it would been the ideal location for both breakfast and do you assigned work for school on a break . Food: The breakfast burrito is definitely a must try Eggs well made and melt in your mouth. The spinach add a,lot really give a bitter savoury kick into the mix of flavours , the salsa in the side needed a bit more Portions then small tapas maybe delivered in a satcted as harder this way to pour the right portion on the burrito as the countiner already os plastic anyways so satchetes are the better option in thst mstter , a hint of sauce in the edge of the internal burrito need slightly more for flavoured to make it perfect. As for the almond croissant the filling consistently is good the only downfall is the structure of the dough when tare its not scratch enough to separate properly and then the paste inside fall over the place. Seems its not dry only in the crust but the inside got lost its softness in the baking as the tare piece by piece failed to pass. The mocha was just right. The beans they use are really felt in the aroma at first served and at every sip . Portions are just right as well. In sitting service. Unsure what's the size as to go but definitely give that a go. In conclusion: If your coming for a working while dining experience this can be a bit of a challenge environment for you especially on peak hours. If you want food recommend the breakfast burrito for sure. Ill avoid the croissant as it taste a bit too dry weather its not same day batch served or they just need to change the recommend recipe. But ill definitely see myself coming by back for other meal and baking goods as this place have good potential and service quality is on top in the city for the fast pace going on ESPECIALLY on peak hours!.

I stopped in for a quick latte and was not disappointed. The coffee was fresh and hot and the cafe provided a relaxing moment before starting my day. Delany's Coffee House is a nice neighborhood spot where I got the sense locals knew each other and enjoyed a cup with each other. This definitely made me feel welcomed in the cafe and would most definitely go back!

enjoyed a break in this busy neighbourhood cafe! I came here on thanksgiving weekend, ordered a breakfast wrap and a pumpkin spice latte since it’s in season. despite how crowded it was, they were ready in less than five minutes. the wrap was well filled up and came grilled, I appreciated that they ask if you want the salsa and hot sauce too. I found the latte really good even though I usually don’t drink coffee.
