This is our second visit, and I can't believe I was ever hesitant! This place has become our go-to dining spot! I'm obsessed with the Swiss Mushroom Burger—it’s a game changer! And that Salted Caramel Milkshake? It’s seasonal, and I’m so bummed it’s not available year-round! Plus, the boneless chicken is my son's absolute favorite! The service here is top-notch, especially thanks to the amazing Filipino staff. They greet every guest with warmth and a smile, making everyone feel so welcome right from the moment you walk in until you leave. You can really see how happy they are to be working here, and it shows in their service. It’s no wonder they have so many loyal customers! I can’t wait to come back and try even more from their menu! I don’t usually leave reviews, but my visit to Fatburger Kelowna absolutely deserves one. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and amazing energy from the staff. A huge shoutout to Michelle and Regie for their outstanding service — they made the entire experience special. Michelle, in particular, goes the extra mile to make customers feel valued, and Regie brought a friendly, positive vibe that made us feel right at home. We ordered two 1/2 lb Fatburgers with the fries and drinks combo, and they were hands down some of the best burgers we’ve had in Kelowna. The patties were thick, juicy, and cooked perfectly, with melty cheese and fresh toppings that really hit the spot. The fries were crispy and golden, and the drinks made it a perfect combo meal. These are not just fast food burgers — they’re high-quality, flavorful, and satisfying, the kind you crave again the next day. The restaurant itself is also a big plus. It was super clean, very well-maintained, and had excellent hygiene standards. You can really tell the team here cares about both the food and the environment they’re serving it in, which gives you confidence as a customer. Overall, Fatburger Kelowna stands out not only for its amazing food but also for the genuine service and friendly atmosphere the staff creates. First time visiting and I was genuinely impressed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded expectations. What really stood out, though, was the serviceRoxanne, Emil, and Reggie went above and beyond to make the experience welcoming and smooth from start to finish. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in both the quality of the food and the customer care. Great atmosphere, great energy, and definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you’re in Kelowna and looking for a consistently great experience.

I ordered the double king burner meal with large fries and 10 hot wings and got a pop. That burger is freaking huge and it was so tasty. The fries are great as well nice and fresh. It cost me a bit but I had quite an appetite, I don't know if most people could order that and eat it. I probably wouldn't order the wings again, they were good but they weren't anything special, they could have used a bit more sauce I would definitely come back here when I'm in Kelowna working and get a burger and fries again.
