Decided to grab a quick bite with my parents while out shopping yesterday. My Mom has been craving onion rings. Service at this Harvey's was good. We each ordered a Kids Meal. Any time one of these chain burger joints decides to introduce a gluten-friendly bun (really wish we had a Shake Shack in Ottawa), it will automatically become my favourite place to go.
Nathan at Harvey's provided amazing service! He was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was amazing. My burger was topped perfect Nathan's great attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back and Hope to see him as manager soon.

I just wanted to say that Ashton always does a great job at Harvey’s. He’s friendly, works hard, and is always polite to customers. Every time I’ve seen him there, he’s been quick, professional, and makes sure everything is done right. He’s the kind of person who stays positive, helps out where needed, and makes the place feel welcoming. Ashton is a great worker and definitely someone any team would be lucky to have
We went in for lunch and weren’t sure what to get as we had not been that before. There was an older lady there cleaning the tables and she came to take our order. She was so nice and patient with us, she was extremely professional, helpful and friendly, she certainly made it the most pleasant experience. I wish more places had staff like that. She seemed hard working and a definite asset to this company. Thanks to her I will be recommending this Harvey’s to my friends and family!
I had a really great experience at Harvey’s today. The food was fresh, tasted great, and my order came out quickly. What made the visit even better was the amazing customer service from Prabh. From the moment I walked in, Prabh was friendly, polite, and welcoming. They took my order with a smile, made sure everything was right, and made me feel like a valued customer. Her positive attitude and kindness made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s customer service like this that makes a difference, and I really appreciate the effort.

I ordered the Angus burger and it was cooked to perfection- full of flavor and lots of different toppings options with sauce with mild to very hot options. The skor milkshake was the perfect complement. Great atmosphere and excellent value. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
