We really enjoyed this place. The food was delicious and the value for money is excellent. We tried the Deluxe Red Ramen, Deluxe Black Ramen, Tataki Beef, and the BBQ Chicken, mango sushi and tempura shrimp everything was tasty and well presented. The service was also outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Had such a great experience at Kinjo Dalhousie and honestly a huge part of that was Kyla. She was super friendly right from the start, checked in on us at all the right times, and just had such a positive, genuine vibe the whole night. You can tell she really knows the menu and actually cares that you’re enjoying your food, not just doing the bare minimum. Kyla was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in at the perfect moments without ever hovering. Our food came out smoothly, everything was accurate, and her positive energy made the whole meal feel special. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and truly cares about the guest experience. Service like this is what keeps people coming back. Kyla is a huge asset to Kinjo, and management should be proud to have someone who represents the restaurant with such professionalism, kindness, and consistency. If you’re dining here, you’re lucky if Kyla is your server.
Like any Kinjo, this place was amazing for both their food and service! We came here after a long day at the mall and food came out very quick and service was top-notch! We came early at 4:30pm with no reservations and got a set for 5 on a long holiday before Christmas.
Very impressed! Lots of options, and also very understanding/ accommodating for being gluten free. Delicious, fresh and very friendly service. I really enjoyed the bubble tea too. Nice takeout area for a quick lunch too. Will be back!!!
This is a great place! There's a lot of dishes to choose from and everything we tried was delicious! The service here is top notch. They make sure you're well taken care of.
Love this place! There’s plenty of space for dine-in with such cozy, welcoming vibes. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly, which makes the experience even better. The food tastes amazing and super fresh every time. Highly recommend!
