Visiting from WA state, ate breakfast here on our last day. Simply amazing! hands down the best huevos rancheros I've ever had. The flavor and size portion . Coffee was a bit too strong, hubby had the eggs, chorizo and potatoes. The chorizo is homemade and was also very good. Thank you for great food and friendly service!
Had a delicious and quick breakfast while in Esquimalt. The eggs Benny was cooked well and flavourful! The hot chocolate was huge and had delicious whipped cream! Highly recommend for a morning breakfast spot!
Big portion of food. I loved that they ask how well done I want my Eggs Benedict; and it was cooked just right. I wish the sauce on the eggs were lighter - it was very heavy coupled with the avocado. My boyfriend enjoyed the BLT sandwich but found the side soup to be interesting.

I had a great experience at Sunny Side Cafe. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was genuinely fun and welcoming. What a wonderful treat to your pallet! That’s all what I can say after I had my delicious brunch. I had the chicken benny and it was amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone. The staff were very friendly too.
