The restaurant is well-staffed, and the atmosphere along with the service puts guests right at ease. Since it's not evening time, there's no wait, and the pacing of the food is perfect. Many walls are lined with large screens — it would be a fun place to hang out with friends and watch the World Cup. The plant-based options on the menu are marked with a symbol — there aren't many, but the ones they do offer are actually quite unique and delicious. You can always ask the restaurant if they can have meat left out of a main dish and replace with veggies. Considering the quality of their dishes, hope they will become even more vegetarian-friendly moving forward.

Great experience overall! The Asiago Chicken Bow-Ties and Chicken Parmesan were both amazing. Bailey was super friendly, attentive, and gave us excellent service. The vibe was really nice and everything about the visit was great. Definitely coming back!

Very enjoyable experience. The service was fast and the food tasted great. Our server was Anousha and she was amazing. Very kind and sweet, great personality and fun to interact with. We had questions that needed to be checked with the back and she didn't show any disdain and was happy to help. Checked in on us but not to much. Fun atmosphere, lively and enjoyable.

We came in for a friends and family event recently. Sat at the bar and was served by Travis, Shad, Vasili and Isabelle who made all of our experiences wonderful! They were super knowledgeable on the extensive drink menu and gave us food recs. The new decor is beautiful and if you ever come ask for any of them to make sure you have a good time. Would recommend this place for them alone.

Jack Astor’s continues to be a reliable spot for a casual meal with friends or family. The restaurant has a fun, energetic atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. The seating is especially well laid out, with a great mix of comfortable booths and tables that make the space feel open without being noisy or cramped. The updated interior is clean, modern, and adds to the overall dining experience without taking away from the lively Jack Astor’s vibe. I love the feminine swing that the Freida clan brings to the table. The menu offers plenty of variety, so there’s something for everyone. While a few dishes could have been a little stronger, the overall experience was enjoyable, and we’d happily return.

Great World Cup Vibe, Delicious Food, and Fun Souvenirs! I visited Jack Astor’s during the World Cup to catch the games and enjoy the atmosphere. The vibe was fantastic, featuring great decorations and huge TVs. The service was excellent, especially from Nadia, who was incredibly friendly and helpful! We ordered the pizza, nachos, wings, and pasta—everything tasted great. A huge highlight was the beer being served in a football boot-shaped glass; we loved them so much (and they were only $5 each!) that we ended up buying a dozen as souvenirs! The restaurant was packed, which led to a few chaotic moments. Servers accidentally dropped a few glasses of beer (soaking a nearby table), and during one of their energetic celebrations for a guest, they accidentally bumped into some plants and broke a few vases. There was also a slight mix-up with dessert—we ordered a cheesecake, but ended up being delivered a butter cake. Despite a few hiccups, it was a super fun experience and definitely worth checking out. Pro-tip: Buy a Jack Astor's gift card from Costco before you go—you can get a $100 gift card for just $80!

There isn't enough space or time to describe this experience. Let's be honest in today's economy we are paying for an experience when we dine out at a restaurant and that's exactly what we got. A few colleagues of mine and I were at a conference and were looking for a restaurant within walking distance of our hotel. As soon as we walked in we knew that this wasn't just any old Jack Astor's. Our friends had already sat down at a table so we walked in to find them beaming with excitement regarding the service they have received. Our server was Lucas, he was a pleasure and a kind soul-an aspiring teacher who is going to go far in life. I spoke with managers Stephanie, Alicia and Shelby. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Mood. The vibe amongst the staff (and there was lots of them) was so chill, everyone was dancing and laughing, and genuinely enjoying their job. If I asked for something, it came promptly and with an offer to get whatever else I might need. From the bathroom decor to the spectacular well-appointed bar to the live plants, we could not have had a better experience. I had the birria Taco's and they were so delicious. The pizza and pasta was delectable, and made with love and care. The drinks were so tasty and had fancy stencils dusted on top. Learning about the father daughter connection was so interesting and we can't wait to return in October to see the pink patio!!! Outstanding job everyone and kudos to the training team-you are setting a precedent!

Food was good. The garlic bread is what I like the most there. My burger was delicious. The steak was not bad & the stacked potato was interesting. The calamari piece was a bit small & dry. But overall, food was good. We had a big party. So we had 2 servers - shout out to Bailey & Chris!!! They were awesome. They tailored to everyone’s needs & dietary restrictions. The birthday celebration was epic. Recommend to go for celebration of birthday or special occasions. Ask for Bailey &/or Chris.
