Markham Sushi is one of the best sushi restaurants I’ve tried. The quality is excellent, and the freshness really stands out in every bite. Highly recommended!

Ordered their bento box for lunch and it was very delicious! I'm vegan and their accommodation was excellent as well, they sent me gyozas instead of the tamagoyaki! The food is very good for the price and filling! I could just barely finish it due to how full i got LOL! Will definitely order from here again ^^

absolutely incredible, hands down best sushi in the GTA i have experienced to date. location is like a hidden gem, and upon entrance we were greeted and seated immediately. ambience was a 10/10, so freakin cute.

Got their salmon lover dinner as takeout. The salmon was very fresh and delicious! Came with miso soup + salad. Also got a California roll (without Tobiko) and was good too. Cash has a discount.

Food was great here. The salad included in the meal combos was delicious, I really like their dressing. The shrimp tempura was good and not overly battered. The fish to rice ratio for the sushi was also good. The only con is the service, I understand the lady was the only one serving the whole restaurant, however, she was not friendly at all and gave an impression that she hated being there.

I was pleasantly surprised this afternoon. After a dental check up next door, I decided to hop over and finally try some lunch at Markham Sushi. I’m on maternity leave and had no plans which was great! I strollered over with my baby and saw two other moms with babies inside as well which was awesome! I ordered the donburi bibimbap and dynamite roll on the side to go.The donburi was exceptionally tasty and good! I was so full I saved the dynamite roll for later to eat and that was good also. The staff were extremely friendly and kind while I waited for order. We chatted about babies and kids and I left feeling such a sense of community that I hadn’t felt in a while! The customers there were also very kind and nice too. I really wanted to compliment the staff mainly because part of the experience is having a warm, friendly atmosphere which was perfect here- along with the food! The main employee who was accepting the orders even helped me move my stroller back to their entrance door and carry my food for me to help, while adoring my baby too! Thank you staff at Markham Sushi! I will definitely be coming back!
