Very good service and good mariscos! Super attentive personnel. Food was freshly made and flavors were all there. Recommend trying the oysters and ask for extra black sauce. Food was so delicious we forgot to take pics! Will definitely be back.

We visited Maviri Restaurant in Mexico City while looking for something light, as we were already a bit full, and seafood felt like the perfect choice. We found this more low key spot with a surprisingly strong seafood offer, and it turned out to be a great decision. We started with fresh clams, which were absolutely delicious. Easily a 9 out of 10. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were in the mood for. Then we ordered three tacos. The octopus taco with vegetables was very good, 8 out of 10. The vegetables paired beautifully with the octopus, and I really liked that all the tacos were made with black corn tortillas, which is a nice touch and adds character. We also tried a prawn and cheese taco, similar to a gobernador style. It was good, but slightly too salty for my taste, even though I normally enjoy salty food.(7/10) The most surprising dish was the marlin birria taco. It was refreshing to see something different like this on the menu. Despite the seasoning, you could still clearly taste the marlin, which I appreciated. Dipping it into the sauce was an experience on its own. The sauce was so good that I even ended up drinking it. I would give it an 8 out of 10. We finished with a cocktail that was presented in a fish shaped pot, which was super cute and creative. The cocktail itself was well balanced, not too tangy or too spicy, very easy to drink. Because of both the presentation and the taste, I would give it a 9 out of 10. The staff were helpful, and overall it was a great experience. They also seem to have a strong mixology offering, which we did not fully explore, but other tables were clearly enjoying it. Definitely a place worth visiting if you are in the mood for seafood in Mexico City.

We ordered the tostada's, ceviche and a taco. Fresh and on point. Service was good given we were the only ones there. Cant really ask for much more. *Seems all businesses do this in mexico city but asking for a tip at the end feels a bit like entrapment *

If you're wondering whether this seafood restaurant is good or not - it's good. I had the carnitas de atun, taco de ensenada, and taco de mariscos. The ensenada shrimp taco was my favorite, but they all were tasty. The place is comfortable with open air, lit music, and limited seating. The staff are friendly and fun as well.

The tuna thing (in picture) was so so good. The rice with seafood was a miss.
