Timeless Recipes, Beautiful Beachfront Dining We had a wonderful meal at Mezzogiorno! The food was fantastic — you can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and it’s clear they’ve been using the same tried-and-true recipes for years, with good reason. Every dish felt balanced and flavorful without anything trying too hard to impress — it was just plain good, in the best way. The location is stunning, right on the beach, which makes for an unforgettable dining atmosphere. Just a heads up — it can get a little chilly with the ocean breeze, so a light sweater isn’t a bad idea. The service was also a highlight: kind, gentle, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend for a relaxed, high-quality meal with an incredible view.

Fantastic sunset views, reservations recommended! The chicken parm and penne arrabiata are wonderfully delicious. This is the best Italian you will find on the Riviera Nayarit. Worth a drive if you're outside of Bucerias. Fantastic servers and nice clean kitchen, this is about as high-end as you will get on the beach.

This was our first experience with this restaurant and it was exceptional! The service was pleasant and excellent, the food was incredibly delicious and the sunset was the best! We'll definitely be returning to this establishment!

The atmosphere and sunset views are killer. Staff /service are top notch. The food is basic Italian, good, nothing special and presentation is underwhelming. Prices are fair and alot to choose from. I will return for the views and service.

The place itself is really nice. As a Mexican, I don’t love being greeted in English at a restaurant in Mexico, but the hostess was nice and polite. The servers were friendly :) Prices are decent for the type of restaurant. I don’t appreciate that there are inconsistencies between menu descriptions and what is actually served. Ie “Mozzarella in carrozza” was something closer to a queso fundido rather than the classic breaded, fried mozzarella. I ordered “Penne ai funghi portobello”, but the mushrooms were clearly regular champignons, not portobello. But flavour was good! Extra cheese was added spoon by spoon, and the server wasn’t allowed to leave the tiny container with pre-shredded cheese on the table. For an Italian restaurant at this price point, that feels unnecessarily cheap. But this was clearly a house rule, not the server’s fault. Overall, it’s ok, the location and ambiance definitely help.

We loved everything about this restaurant! Our table overlooked the beach and saw the sunset. Every person at the table loved their meal. The Fettuccine Alfredo was the best with the very large shrimp! We could not have asked for a better night! Definately put this location on your MUST DO list!

I've only been here once, and it's honestly disappointing that I'm leaving town because I've been wanting to go back ever since. My first and only visit was an amazing experience. We went later in the evening as the sun was beginning to set, and the view was absolutely beautiful. We were seated near the balcony and had a perfect view overlooking the water and the sunset. It made for a very memorable evening. The food was excellent. The Italian dishes tasted authentic and full of flavor, and even the bread served with olive oil was outstanding. We also ordered an appetizer that was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is elegant, romantic, and perfect for a special night out. We dressed a little nicer than we normally would, although the restaurant is welcoming and comfortable. It's simply the kind of place that makes you want to elevate the occasion. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. Between the food, the service, and the incredible view, it was a fantastic experience that I won't forget.
