Excelente service and fresh food. Kid and pet friendly - both will like the garden while you enjoy stunning views of the lagoon. The restaurant's logo is a crocodile - they really have one in the garden who has been there since it was founded about 30years ago. Specialities are fish and seafood but you also find a range of international dishes as well as local dished (tacos, chillaquiles, sopes).
Been moving around Mexico a lot and this was the first place where the french fries and tortilla chips were properly fried...best fries I’ve had in a while! The food was delicious! Great refried beans also! I recommend the corn pudding!
Loved the pollo en barbacoa, which is like a mixiote and the platano jarocho which is a must try if you like bananas and seafood! The view is also nice !
Due to covid, this place was very quiet. But they are proud that Mel Gibson went there so that's a bonus. Lovely fresh food. Very happy to accomodate.
Good restaurant on the lake of Catemaco. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. We had breakfast on our visit, but the menu was very complete for every meal.
