We had an excellent dinner here. We started with chips and salsa, which was spectacular with four different salsas in cute little jars. If we had any complaint, it was that our food came out too quickly afterwards. We had just started to enjoy the chips and salsa when our salad and entrees came out. We felt a little rushed, but the food was very good. We had the caprese salad, catch of the day, and the flank steak meal that came with a chile relleno and a small cheese quesadilla. We had a great bottle of Mexican red wine (Malbec) and we were happy. What we didn’t expect was that they brought out two slices of cake (chocolate and carrot) and after that, we got limoncello shots. That took us over the top and we were so delighted afterwards. Juan Carlos was our waiter and he was amazing. He had great recommendations.

Beautiful restaurant in downtown Cabo! The large plum tree in the middle gives the space a charming, rustic vibe. Everything we tried was delicious. The Imperial Shrimp was a 10/10, and we also loved the salmon and mussels. Special thanks to Marco for the excellent and attentive service. If you’re looking for great grilled steaks, seafood, or pasta in Cabo, Roasted Grill is a fantastic option. Highly recommend!

This was very close to the resort we were staying at. We showed up without a reservation. We were greeted right away and taken to a table. Quite a few flies around early, but once the sun went down the flies shut down. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They went over their specials and took our drink orders quickly. We ordered the short rib and the salmon dinners. The short rib was massive! Had really good flavor and wasn’t too difficult to eat. The salmon was made with a really good sauce a side of vegetables and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious! Definitely worth a repeat trip. They brought us a slice of cheesecake and a tequila shot at the end of dinner! We’ll be back!

Roasted does have good potential and I think everyone should give it a try. For me I would go back but at this point it isn’t something I have to go back to. We went on recommendation that they had an appetizer that was deep fried steak pieces in a ponzu sauce. It was good… similar to burnt ends. I think I would present it differently and either add something to the appetizer or turn it into a main dish with mashed potatoes?? Worth a try for sure. I also had the roasted salad which was good but needed something to take it to the next level. Maybe some goat cheese, roasted beets or pumpkin seeds. It was basically lettuce and a few grilled peppers. Flavor was good. The do service a house dessert and an after dinner drink on the house for your table, at least at the time we went. Our server was horrible BUT all the other servers made up for it mostly so I feel had we had a different server the service would have been much better. The place is cute and was quiet for us to talk. With a reservation could accommodate a larger party. They also have platters to share for say 4 plus people. Worth a try and did have some unique stuff on the menu. I’m just not sure I will return.

Highly recommend this restaurant!! We had the melted cheese appetizer with steak and it was amazing! We went two time it was so good! First dinner we got the chicken dinners! Second time I got a pasta and my husband got the beef rib dinner and it was amazing both times! It came with complimentary chips with 4 dips, And a delicious dessert at the end!

Roasted Grill and Bar absolutely exceeded every expectation. The food was phenomenal, and the service was truly second to none. Luis, our server, was outstanding—knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the menu, which made the entire experience even better. The venue itself is open, inviting, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxed yet elevated dining experience. As for the food… wow. Our table of four shared the Caprese salad and mushrooms to start (both were incredible), and for mains we had the BBQ ribs, steak, duck, and lobster. Every single dish was over-the-top delicious—perfectly prepared and full of flavor. I can’t recommend this place enough. Honestly, the only downside is that Google limits reviews to 5 stars—because this place deserves 10. Give them a try… you won’t be disappointed!
