I'd say it's one of the better breakfast places based on the great atmosphere. The main drawback was the length of time to receive the food once the order was placed (35 minutes approximately), and no utensils provided. Breakfast tasted great and I like the place. They do have an espresso machine and I had a cappuccino and friend had a latte. Was quite strong, a bit too much for my liking, but nonetheless at least they have espresso here!
Food tasted great it came with a tiny side salad as well $29.00 & change before tip for this small amount of food. Food and service were great but portion size was lacking.Oh and my cutlery was not usable... which was kind of important since we had a 50 minute drive.
Went for dinner with the hubby and had the zucchini noodles with grilled shrimp for dinner (gluten-free, of course!), paired with a gluten-free bun, toasted with garlic butter, all quite flavorful! Enjoyed it with a red wine sangria. For dessert, I couldn't resist the sweet chocolate brownie, served warm, and added a scoop of chocolate ice cream with it. The combination of warm and cold chocolaty goodness was a delicious way to end the meal! Also, Vanessa was our server and was very personable, friendly, and pleasant. Normally I'd consider going to Symposium for breakfast/brunch/lunch, but we were very happy to have chosen this place for dinner this time and would absolutely come again another night.
Had a great time here with my brothers at our sibling reunion. Our server was so kind and patient with us and generous as well. I had the teriyaki salmon salad, my brothers had truffle fries, garlic parm wings and butter parm rice bowl and we shared desserts : the mousse cheesecake, apple cake and croffles. Everything was delicious! The booths are comfy and the music wasn't too loud, which I really appreciated. Will be back!
Food was hot, tasty & fresh. The food took about 30+ minutes to come out but when it did, it was hot & fresh tasting. The atmosphere was calm & cozy and our server was friendly & attentive. Location is easy to access, right off the highway. Would visit again!
Loved this place. The ambience was giving Victorian and vintage. And the food. I can’t believe it ate it all. I was a huge ball going back home.
Guys, this place is actually amazing! Like from decor, food, drinks, to even seating, I highly highly recommend here. New favourite spot. Emma is an amazing waitress and she’s super humble and kind! She even recommended an amazing dish and man was it good. Definitely stop by here guys!
Had dinner with a friend at Symposium Brantford last night for Burger night. What a great night! Only $6.99 for a delicious home made grilled burger and fries. For an app we had the bruschetta which was crispy and flavourful and the Mediterranean salad which had a really tasty dressing. We both ordered burgers and they were comfort food delicious. They also had $5 wine and beer on special and a free dessert with vegetable flatbreads so we scored a free brownie. I however had to dig into one of those tasty mile high cakes. Best carrot cake i've had for a while! The atmosphere at Symposium is a bit loud but comfortable and relaxed. We took our time and enjoyed our experience.
