Tétû Taverne Gaspésienne in Gaspé offers a trendy vibe with bay views and fresh local seafood, but it fell short on execution during my visit. The casual atmosphere and outdoor seating overlooking the mountains are highlights, and dishes like the beef tartar shone, but a long wait—over an hour for mains after appetizers—tested patience. Service felt very weak, with inattentive staff and unclean cutlery that detracted from the experience. It’s got potential as a central spot for Gaspé Peninsula eats, but needs polishing to match the scenic charm—room for improvement here!
