I’ve been coming to The Works for years and have always appreciated the creativity, specifically the burger names and the overall concept. It’s a cool place with a unique menu. That said, this visit was a bit underwhelming compared to before. Portions seem to have gotten smaller, and the burgers felt very plain, mainly just meat and bread, lacking the flavour and toppings I remember from previous times. The Kamikaze’s spicy sauce was very good, and the onion rings were uniquely thick and crispy which I enjoyed. The chips, however, were a bit too crispy and didn’t seem like the same fresh cut style as before. Service was friendly. Overall still a good spot, but not quite at the level it used to be.

Looking for a tasty, fresh, charbroiled burger? You gotta check out The Works! There are so many signature and classic burger options to choose from. Service was prompt, and the atmosphere is really cool. I would prefer water in a glass rather than a measuring cup, but that's just their thing.

Nice restaurant, very nice staff but they were clearly understaffed this day. Despite this, did their best and our service was good. Menu had a good variety for lunch options at reduced price - otherwise menu does offer a lot of variety in general. Food was good. Kids were happy with their meals (chicken nuggets). would suggest! especially if you like burgers beyond the basic

Omg! They have an appetizer deal, 3 apps for 25$...! They have these CHEESE BALL wrapped in BACON called GOOGOO BALLS! Our new favorite app! Also 5$ draft beers!!

I often come here with my friend for lunch. On Friday I decided to bring my partner here as he had never been and we were in the area. It was busier than usual but we were seated promptly. Our server quickly came by and took our orders. Drinks were brought promptly out after. The entire staff was extremely friendly. After about 10 or so minutes our server came by and told us he accidentally forgot to punch in that we ordered a tower of onion rings and asked if we wouldn't mind getting it 5 minutes or so after our meals. I was a little worried I might be getting full if it came out later than he said it would, but said it was fine as he was clearly embarrassed and even offered to comp it. A couple of minutes after we got our food he brought out this massive tower of onion rings and said that the manager comped it for us. I was very appreciative of the gesture. The food was delicious as always. Their burgers and sweet potato fries with the chipotle dip are always my go to. The onion rings were so crispy. And I was pleasantly surprised to see they brought the Smokey Mountain burger back on the lunch menu. I will definitely be coming back!

Jay was amazing and was super helpful dealing with a technical difficulty on my side! Their burgers and home-made chips are to die for!!! We had their Smokey Mountain burgers a few times within the last few weeks, and we still crave them week over week.

Have been going to The Works for years with family. It’s been quite a bit of time since the last time I ate here and I was a bit underwhelmed. The seasoning on the burger was very dull and under seasoned . The burger was also a bit dry. The onion rings are still pretty solid but the sauces were a bit disappointing in flavour. It was expensive overall but kind of expected it as The Works has always been pricer. Don’t think I’d return for a long time unless another craving for onion rings reappears.
