Clean, good lighting, low noise levels, comfy seating. Staff were awesome, great service. The food was fresh but could have been bigger portions, my coworker had the burger and fries but didn't get many fries. My other coworker had coconut curry chicken which he said was very tasty and was a full bowl. I had ribs and they were very tender and had lots of flavour but again, could have had a bit more veggies. They have a very good selection of both food and drinks so be sure to try this place out. 5 stars.

The food was good I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture. My whole family enjoyed their meals, we ordered the salmon, burgers, and salads, and finished with a Skor brownie for dessert. The waitress was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and I really liked the renovations. It’s been a while since I’ve been to this Turtle Jack’s, but we’ll definitely be back.

Had an absolutely fantastic lunch experience at Turtle Jack's Upper James. The atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The real star of the visit was our waitress, Nicky, who was an absolute ray of sunshine the entire time. Friendly, attentive, funny, and genuinely warm — the kind of person who completely elevates the whole dining experience. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and it shows. And then came the cheddar and bacon burger… Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a very long time. Perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, loaded with flavor, and the balance between the cheddar, bacon, and seasoning was absolutely spot on. One of those burgers where after the first bite you immediately know you made the right decision. Amazing food, amazing service, amazing atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Well first off, I was quite shocked with the decor at first sight, couldn’t believe it! The staff was quick at getting myself and lady a table. The waitress (Lauren), was kind, respectable and very pleasant. The food was so so so good. I absolutely loved it. Will be going again, don’t mind if I do :).

I came here on a Saturday recently with my mom, sister and Oma after wedding dress shopping. We walked in and were seated immediately at a table and ordered drinks. It was happy hour so everyone ordered a cocktail, upon drinking I noticed the margarita was not stirred. Quick stir, the drink immediately had better taste. Each of us ordered a burger, which came quickly, the burger was fresh, hot and juicy. We all raved about the size of the burger and how delicious it was. We were here for approximately an hour or so then left. The place looked light inside and newly renovated which added life to the atmosphere.

Amanda (Barside) was AMAZING! She Made The Best Drinks! The Food Looked Great But Without Amanda knowing they changed the mango they added jalalapenos, and No were in the description does it say anything about them.. We Had Asked About Spicy Before we Ordered.. Amanda Did Get The Kitchen to Make New Plates And It Was Perfect! I 150% recommed Going.. Amanda Thank You For Being So Caring And Understanding. GOLD Stars! And I appove of a raise
