We have been delighted by this beautiful place and it’s exquisite food. It was perfectly cooked: shower delicious, fishes perfect balanced, the burger was insane and the truffle fries were tasty and not greasy at all. Ella our waitress was genially kind and pleasant. One little upgrade would be the bacon in the Benedict’s that was not grilled enough. A must go place!
If you live in White Rock like we do you know Uli's is hands down the best restaurant in our little city. And I'd be happy to venture a bet its a winner in any city. We had the schnitzel Neptune and calamari starter and both were excellent. No notes! We went for a birthday and were too stuffed to eat dessert so they sent one home with us, no charge. Who does that?! Delicious every time. And the view doesn't suck.
Got a window outside table on our visit. We have come during the week and don’t seem to have too many problems. The service was good. The food is tasty. The burgers are a little pricey and are decent enough. Not sure they are $30 good but it’s an experience. This time I tried the salmon benny really liked it. Price-point it is comparable to other decent breakfast places that sell the same dish. Very flavourful! I might do that instead of the burgers if I go again.
It is highly possible that this might be the best burger I have ever tasted. Absolutely incredible. The flavours were this diverse conglomerate of palate explosives that coalesced into a perfectly unified—albeit unique—whole. My wife and I are celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary in a couple of weeks, and wanted a Friday night date, and got a delectably lovely one. Because we had booked for outside, Jenny the host made sure we were topnotched on that front. And our server (didn’t get her name but she is the very sweet one with the 70’s glasses who is marrying the sous chef in August) was kind and adorable. Thank you. I had been wanting to come here for years and just never got around to it, even though I was well aware that they had won best burger in the Lower Mainland some years ago. I ordered the 4.0 on a GF bun (because I have to) with the house salad, which in itself was incredible and the adulting refusal of fries for greens paid off (no matter how tempting it had been to not make that move). My wife ordered the New York strip loin, medium well as she prefers, and loved it. The extra seasonable vegetables and the side of mushrooms were so tasty. We have lived in the area for 31 years and shortly will be relocating to another province, but when we return intermittently to see family, we will definitely be back for this abundant feast. The food was fresh and full of flavor. We tried the salad, crab cake and salmon, and both were absolutely magnificent and satisfying. A simple yet enjoyable dining experience. Not to mention its right infront of the pier, a nice view and walk after the meal. Staff was also a highlight made the experience even better.
This place is amazing. We brought our senior dog here for her final meal and the staff went above and beyond. Brought a bowl for her to drink water and the manager paid for a burger patty for her. It was amazing. Thank you so much Uli’s for making my baby girls final moment special
Great food from scratch right on the harbour! Had lunch here with family and we really enjoyed our meal. Quality ingredients made to perfection. Service was good too.
