Ideal meet up spot for those with family and friends from Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick or just a great one stop shop on a road trip. Recently I met with family from the Island for a meal as I was driving from NS to NB. Friendly and efficient service and lots of great big stop meal options. After our meal, we purchased some of the famous Banana bread and snacks and filled up on gas. *The B bread did not disappoint! So yummy!
Kathy with a K was an amazing server She has been there for 24 years and has the most awesome personality. Kathy made our dining experience so enjoyable and we will be back because of her!
Had a great late breakfast at the Big Stop! Quick, and hot food that was absolutely delicious! Our server, Savanna, was great also!
If you pass this place you will have missed out. Irving Big Stops are the greatest places along the highway in Atlantic Canada. Food is great, washrooms are clean, lots of options for road snacks and treats. Staff are always friendly when I am there. I can't say enough about this location.
There is a reason this place has over 1,500 reviews and a 4.5 star rating. I was blown away by Big Stop and as someone from western Canada I did not know what to expect. Great meal here for the family as we ordered chicken strips and fries, onion rings, spicy Chipotle burger, turkey BLT, and Turkey melt with the soup of the day which was a hearty tomato basil. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. This place was packed when we arrived which speaks to its popularity and quality. Wish there were places like this in western Canada.
What a wonderful place to stop on our way back from PEI. The food was very good but the highlight of our visit was the service from Kathy and Sherry! They were attentive, fun and just a joy to meet. If we weren't from BC we'd stop in every chance we had to chat and have a waffle
Placed an order in the late evening, Sarah took my order and had everything ready for me as soon as I arrived. The place is clean, the food is made with love, and the people here are awesome. Thank you I will be back again!
