My first dine out experience here was really good. Service and vibe of the place is absolutely chill - which means it can take some time for your order to come to your table but you are expected to sit back and relax. Cocktails are well made, you can see them curating for you behind the open bar We tried the dine out menu which was well done. Calamari for the starters was a really good option - crispy and done just the right way. Butternut squash ravioli with shrimps was good but the highlight was their lamb shank - absolutely delicious! One of the best that i have had in a long time. The desserts weren’t the best so maybe avoid. Surely coming back for their speciality nights over the weekdays and some views of the water.

It’s rare to find a spot where the service feels this natural and consistent. Chewie’s has managed to create a place where hospitality isn’t just a checklist, it’s part of the identity. I’d come back for the service alone, and that says a lot.

Came here with my friends to try oysters for the first time, and it was such an amazing experience! Everything was super fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The oysters were incredible, and the rest of the food and drinks were just as good. The staff was extremely attentive, welcoming, and friendly throughout the whole evening. They made us feel comfortable right away and were happy to answer questions and give recommendations, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was also fantastic — cozy, lively, and perfect for a night out with friends. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into both the service and the overall dining experience. Will definitely come again!

Amazing!!! I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed this place! The atmosphere, the cute little corner location, the staff, and the food! I came to Vancouver for work and wanted Oysters, upon searching what was near where I was going I settled on this place and I am so glad I did! The oysters were so good and all the condiments for the oysters were tasty! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place if you want great oysters at a steal of a price!

The oysters were great, ate half local, half east coast premium ones. Both were excellent. Also, the calamari was soft and perfectly done (not over cooked). Will definitely return. Music selection was great and really added to the ambiance. Staff was welcoming and we had nice interactions. Recommended dish....well oysters of course!
