We stopped by for a quick dinner after our grocery shopping, and overall had a pleasant experience. The food was served promptly, which we appreciated. We started with the calamari, and I must mention that the breading was perfectly crunchy—just the way I like it. For my main course, I ordered the fish and chips, and the coating was different from what I've had at other restaurants, giving it a unique touch. The toddler's meal was also served on time, which is always a plus when dining with little ones. I was a little disappointed with my drink, the Spicy Mango Margarita. I didn't find it spicy enough and the taste of mango was missing, expected a bit more heat based on the name. Overall, the food was enjoyable, the service was efficient, and it was a nice spot for a casual dinner.

Average restaurant chain restaurant. Service is always decent! The atmosphere is nice and good for watching sports as there are TVs everywhere. The food is hit it miss for me. I find the flavors to be a bit bland but they do well at classic dishes like fish and chips. I'm a regular here because they have reliable gluten free/celiac-friendly options for my friend. She typically gets a burger and swaps for a gluten-free bun.

Visited Kelseys on Bovaird Drive in Brampton and had a wonderful experience, mainly because of our server Brooke. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and professional, always checking in at the right moments and making sure we were comfortable. Her positive attitude and constant smile honestly made the whole visit better. Brooke was knowledgeable about the menu, quick with our orders, and very patient, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to come across service that feels this natural and welcoming. We had beer, chicken flat bread and wings, which were delicious, and the pricing was very reasonable. Great food, great value, and outstanding service—especially from Brooke. We’ll definitely be back.

We visited Kelsey’s Roadhouse and had such a wonderful experience! The place itself is really nice – warm, inviting, and with such a good atmosphere. The customer service stood out right away; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. For starters, we tried the tacos and they were absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together. We also had regular wings, which were tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The balsamic chicken was cooked to perfection – so tender and tasty. Everything we ordered came out hot and fresh, which made the meal even more enjoyable. To go along with our food, we ordered two virgin mojitos. They were super refreshing and the perfect complement to the meal. Overall, everything we tried was just so good, from the food to the drinks to the service. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would love to visit again!

Had a small celebration for my son’s birthday at Kelseys Original Roadhouse, and honestly, we went in a bit hesitant. With a toddler, it’s always tricky—and after trying a few indoor play places, he was already quite tired. We didn’t expect much, but this turned out to be a really good decision. The environment was calm and comfortable—not too loud—which made it perfect for a family outing. What really stood out was how thoughtfully everything was handled. They surprised us with a lovely cheese cake with crackling candles presentation, which truly made the moment special. My son was given drawing paper and crayons, which kept him happily engaged (big win for any parent ). He also received some complimentary snacks, which was a very kind gesture. We got to enjoy our food peacefully while he stayed occupied, and that made all the difference. The staff was very courteous and accommodating throughout—making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of without being intrusive. Coming to food—some items really stood out: * The fajitas and starters were fresh and flavourful * Chicken tenders & fries were simple but well done (perfect for kids) * Nachos / shareables are a safe and good choice I’d probably avoid the pasta-based mains next time—they felt a bit basic and not as exciting as the starters. It turned into a genuinely enjoyable evening for all of us. Simple, warm, and well-handled. Would definitely come back again.

The service was decent, food was good, the sizzling tacos are very unique, and tasted great, so I would come back just for that. However what truly stood out was this peanut butter ice cream cake, holy, this was amazing. Walk in, and just get that ice cream cake, genuinely!!
