I have been to this place several times over last few years and tried their dine-in as well as delivery, always the quality is top notch. Staff is friendly, helpful and warm, they even have robots delivering food to tables. Ambiance is nice with lot of seating capacity and free parking at the premise. They mainly specialize in Japanese but I also like their Thai. I've always tried their alacarte but yesterday I tried buffet and was floored, innumerable food options and they get delivered to your table, you can't ever get enough! Visit this place if you love sushi, amazing quality and variety and reasonably priced.

Jessie our server was excellent! This was our first time there and she took her time explaining how the process of ordering our food worked with the robots delivering our ideas. We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and especially the service made us want to go back very soon.

After six years of eating here, I finally brought my camera. That should tell you something. Not once have we been poorly attended to. Not once has the sushi felt anything less than fresh. The service is seamless. The place is always alive with full tables, full energy. We usually go for the all-you-can-eat and it never disappoints. The sashimi is clean and buttery. The meats arrive freshly grilled, still carrying that smoky heat. The wine list is solid, the desserts worth saving space for. But recently we tried the torched salmon and the salmon oshizushi. That perfect kiss of flame. That balance of light char and sweet glaze. That moment when the texture shifts from silky to caramelized in one bite. If you enjoy a touch of grill with a hint of sweetness , you will understand immediately. We come here every month or two. We bring family when they visit. It’s our reliable place, the kind you don’t hesitate recommending because it has earned it. Some restaurants are trendy. Some are consistent. This one is consistent. And that’s rare.

The food was delicious! It was very fresh and I loved how they came around with different samples to try. My favourite was the grilled pineapple. My kids had fun watching out for the robot. The service was very warm especially our servers Min and Jessie. They helped us with anything we needed and greeted us with a smile. This all you can eat Japanese and Thai restaurant was very good and I will definitely come here again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the best AYCE spot in Mississauga! Everything we ordered at Wind was incredible, but you absolutely cannot leave without trying the shrimp tempura. It is fried to perfection—so light, crispy, and fresh without being greasy at all. I also loved starting the meal with their miso soup, which was hot, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. Ordering from the tablets makes it so easy to keep the fresh food rolling right to your table. Fantastic atmosphere and great service. We will definitely be back for more!

Mabel and her partner Eric are hands down the best servers we’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, they made our family feel completely at home. As a parent of two young kids, I can’t overstate how much their warmth, patience, and kindness meant to us. They were incredible with the kids and made the whole experience special. I had an amazing experience at Wind Japanese Sushi. The variety of food is impressive, with a wide selection that caters to different tastes and preferences. What really makes this place stand out from other sushi restaurants is their thoughtful inclusion of halal options. They offer halal chicken and lamb dishes, which is not something you commonly find in sushi spots. The grilled items were a highlight of the experience. The staff even came to our table to offer freshly prepared grilled chicken teriyaki and grilled lamb, which added a very personal and welcoming touch. The service was exceptional, and I would especially like to recognize Wally. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and cheerful throughout our visit. His positive energy and professionalism genuinely elevated the entire dining experience and made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, this was a fantastic dining experience. Great food, inclusive menu options, and outstanding service. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing experience at WIND Japanese and Thai. From the moment we sat down, the customer service was honestly beyond amazing. Our servers, Peggy and Mabel, were both fantastic. They were attentive without being overwhelming, and they really made sure everything was taken care of throughout the meal. Our teas were always filled, finished plates were cleared right away, and they offered extra plates and napkins without us even having to ask. Whenever we needed something like hot sauce, it was brought out quickly. That kind of service really makes a big difference. Service was definitely 5 stars. Peggy and Mabel made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. They were friendly, patient, and very on top of everything. They even let the kids interact with the server robots, which made the visit extra fun for them. The kids had an amazing time, and as a parent, that is always a huge bonus when dining out. Food was also 5 stars. The menu had so many options, and everything we tried was full of flavour. There were tons of sushi choices, including torched sushi, plus miso soup, rice dishes, noodles, curry options, and more. They also had items being brought around, and I believe one of them was chicken teriyaki on skewers along with garlic shrimp. Both were amazing. The chicken was tender, juicy, and very flavourful, and you could actually taste the char on it, which made it even better. The garlic shrimp was also really good. Atmosphere was 5 stars as well. The restaurant had a fun and lively feel, especially with the server robots and the variety of food coming around. It was a great place to bring the family, and the kids really enjoyed themselves. The overall ambiance made the meal feel more like an experience, not just lunch. They also had ice cream for dessert, which was a nice way to finish the meal. I ended up downloading their “WIND Group Canada” app for loyalty points, which is a great added bonus if you plan on going back. Overall, great food, amazing service, fun atmosphere, and lots of flavour. I would definitely recommend WIND Japanese and Thai and would happily go back again.
