What a great place!!!!! I haven't had this good of sushi in a very long time! And the service with an immediate sincere greeting when you first walk in was refreshing. We also had the prawn tempura! Amazing!! Definitely will return and hope you make the effort to check them out!
Chef Kan is a national treasure. I have traveled the world and been fortunate to eat at many great sushi places from here to Tokyo. Nothing compares to the level of love and attention to detail that Chef Kan and his team puts into every aspect of your experience. This is a very special place, that makes the community better. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a true Canadian-Japanese sushi experience. Arigato!!

Great food, great team, great vibe. This place has everything. The prices are accurate to the quality of the food ingredients, they are located in a place where you can park (if you’re coming by car) and its easy to find it if you’re walking.
We went to Kojo when it was very busy, but we were lucky to get a table for 3. They were quick in getting drink and food for two of us, but we had to wait an hour for the food and drink for our third person to arrive. Even though two of us were done eating long before any food arrived for our friend, the food was delicious! When I asked the restaurant to comp the last beverage that didn't arrive until we were ready to leave, they were very apologetic about our wait and gifted us a lovely set of sauces. It wasn't until I got home that I saw that they comped our entire meal which was incredibly generous of them. The shows excellent customer service in going beyond what was expected to apologize for our wait, and I will for sure give this place my business again in the future.
My husband took me here for my birthday. We got the party plate with 8 rolls and it was spectacular! The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. We will definitely be back again soon!
Service was outstanding!! Quality of the food was out of this world. I am one happy stuffed muffin. We had the biggest Bento Box and it did NOT disappoint. Chef will also make it gluten free if you are Celiac.
We got the bento box and few frozen ramen to go. I was amazed with the quality of the food and the ramen was easy to cook. Probably the best frozen ramen I had. This is a gem in a small town.
