Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a fast food spot in a while. The service at Mary Brown’s was actually amazing. The staff were really nice and welcoming, not fake nice either—just genuinely friendly people. They took their time to make sure my order was right, and everything came out hot and fresh. You could tell they cared about doing things properly, which you don’t always see these days. Just overall really good vibes, quick service, and great food. Definitely coming back.

Overall: A decent fast-food experience. The food was good, but not exceptional. The service was efficient and friendly. A few minor improvements, like using less mayo on the Whopper and making sure the fries are fully salted, would make a big difference.

Decided to write a review after reading some others. Although this store was poor with taking phone orders, they have definitely improved a lot over the past couple months. I also regularly order from here and would suggest others complaining about wait times to not order directly before Iftar as it will understandably be busy. Shoutout to Mariam for being accommodating as well as Murtaza who was very helpful over the phone.
