I was searching for real hot chocolate in Vancouver, but unfortunately I still can’t find the kind we have in Europe. The hot chocolate here was good, but it didn’t have the real, rich European taste I was looking for. It wasn’t bad, and it was better than other places, but it still wasn’t the real hot chocolate.
It is the first time I came to the coffee shop & my latte was really good! The taste is very smooth and the foam was nice too! Good balance of flavors. You have seats inside and outside which is excellent and many options and pastries to choose. Nice to try again. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 starts is because the cashier didn’t ask how are you doing? Or at least be a bit happy, Imhotep he is ok. The Korean who prepare my coffee was so nice, she say hi, she smile, and she had a better ‘mood and customer service!! Nice for her!! If you are close to waterfront, it will be a good opportunity to try this place! Prices are balance with the food you received!
Great hot chocolate, but it wasn’t very hot. Latte was good, and the staff were super friendly.
Whenever I walk from Yaletown to Canada Place I pass this chocolate and hot chocolate café, and since I have a serious sweet tooth I finally went in to try it. I am very picky about hot chocolate and I love it thick, creamy, and rich. This one was exactly the way I like it. The temperature was spot on and it stayed hot during my walk. It made the whole stroll to Canada Place even more enjoyable. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the visit feel warm and welcoming. I would give them the best rating and I would definitely go back again.
First time visiting the cafe. Ordered hot chocolate and chocolate fruit fondue and we love it! Hot chocolate is very rich, sweet and creamy. We chose dark chocolate for both of them and very satisfying. They have variety of chocolate bars which is a perfect gift to friends and family. Will be back again soon!
A very cozy place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Special thanks to Alexandra for the great service!
